The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Beautiful sunrises at the private Guest Suite (the lower level of my home) nestled in the woods on Stevens Lake. Loons, birds, turkeys, bald eagle and deer may surprise you. Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms, bath and family room with fully stocked kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Private locking sliding glass door opens to the patio, gas grill, hammock and fire pit overlooking the lake. A steep walking trail and steps down to the lakefront access the dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat & life jackets.

This 2 bedroom apartment is all yours! Private entrance and self check-in. Flexible cancelation. Sleeps 6 with two sofa sleepers. The beach, coffee and restaurants all within 2 blks. Downtown TC shopping & restaurants 8 blks (about a mile). Lots of on-site parking. Queen sized beds in each bedroom. Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, dishes and wine glasses for after your Peninsula wine tour. Charcoal BBQ and picnic table for all guests to use.

It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.
