Goditi Southern OP in questo quartiere tranquillo. La nostra guesthouse monolocale dispone di una cucina completa, TV, un nuovo condizionatore/riscaldamento e internet in fibra ottica. Nel caso in cui ti sentissi solo, abbiamo 2 cani amichevoli sempre alla ricerca di attenzioni. Siamo a circa 45 minuti dall'aeroporto di Kansas City, dal Kauffman Stadium, dall'Arrowhead Stadium, dal campus principale della KU e dal complesso sportivo Harry S Truman. Siamo a 10-15 minuti dal complesso calcistico Scheels. Overland Park offre un sacco di barbecue e shopping in Kansas.

Truman Loft

Proprietà storica unica nel suo genere, trasformata in un loft spazioso e accogliente nel cuore di South KC. Questo spazio centenario (a 5 minuti dalla fattoria HS Truman. Qui parlò durante la sua prima campagna politica) è stato completamente rinnovato con piani di lavoro in cemento, soffitti a volta meravigliosi, un bagno enorme, uno spazio di lavoro integrato e persino una divertente stanza per bambini. Patio in pietra, tavolo, barbecue e focolare aperto offrono un'atmosfera all'aperto per ammirare le stelle. Per la biancheria da letto, entra nella baita per raggiungere un soggiorno, un letto matrimoniale e un soppalco sopra con due letti, bagno e doccia,TV, StarLink, cucina completa, lavatrice/asciugatrice LG, macchina del caffè e un arredamento di design.

Immerso su 3 splendidi ettari di terreno recintato. 4 camere da letto (3 con bagno privato), cucina completamente attrezzata, proiettore, caminetto, barbecue e altro ancora! Questa struttura si trova vicino a più spazi per eventi che la rendono ideale per piccoli raduni o per godersi la campagna. Sia i bambini che gli animali domestici amano il vasto spazio all'aperto per girovagare e giocare. C'è un incantevole treno che corre sul retro della proprietà per uno sfondo unico e divertente. Un fantastico birrificio adatto ai cani è a pochi passi a piedi.
