Grazie alla posizione centrale di questo alloggio, l'intero gruppo potrà accedere facilmente a tutte le attrazioni locali. Situato proprio a Frenchville, non lontano da Fort Kent, Madawaska, St. Agatha e Long Lake. Accesso diretto ai sentieri per motoslitte e quad, proprio sul retro della proprietà. Ampio parcheggio in loco, con più spazio per rimorchi per motoslitte/quad se concordato in anticipo. Una vera e propria destinazione per tutte e quattro le stagioni. Nella proprietà è presente anche un deposito per motoslitte e fuoristrada, The Sled Shed.

Reeds and Rushes Lakeside cottage si trova su 5 ettari sul Long Lake nel nord del Maine, nella tranquilla città di Saint Agatha. Questo pittoresco cottage è stato ristrutturato professionalmente con dettagli squisiti. Un varo pubblico si trova a un quarto di miglio lungo la strada per varare comodamente la tua barca e portarla al nostro molo privato. In inverno, c'è un ampio parcheggio per il rimorchio della motoslitta e l'accesso dalla proprietà al sentiero del lago. Purtroppo, questa dimora eccezionalmente pulita non ammette animali domestici.

I bagni in stile rustico sono dotati di asciugamani e servizi di lusso. Lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta efficienza. 1 letto matrimoniale, 3 letti completi e un divano letto completo. Garage annesso. Spazio ufficio dedicato situato in una veranda con internet ad alta velocità per i professionisti. La porta con tastierino consente un check-in senza problemi. E sì, c'è anche una macchina per il caffè!

Inside, you will find plenty of room for 10+ adults, with a garage. Fully stocked kitchen, with a separate wet bar. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise view of Long Lake from the front porch. High speed Wifi, and smart T.V. 2 Minutes away from Lakeview Restaurant, 100 feet from the nearest side by side trail.
