La nostra casa ristrutturata è stata costruita nel 1945, a un isolato dalla baia e dallo skyline di Atlantic City. Siamo comodamente situati a 11 km da Atlantic City, dall'aeroporto, da Margate e da Ventnor. Questa accogliente camera privata con bagno completo è annessa alla nostra casa dietro la nostra cucina (porta con catenaccio) non accessibile dal resto della casa. Una porta privata con tastierino, patio, mini frigo con brocca d'acqua Brita, tavolo, 4 sedie, wifi ad alta velocità, mini split AC/riscaldamento, macchina da caffè/tè Keurig, ventilatore a soffitto ti aspetta al tuo arrivo!

La tranquillità abbonda, ma vicino a AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic e Smithville Village! Questo è un molo di pescatori pulito e confortevole. Non è elegante.

La porta d'ingresso conduce a un open space che include un nuovissimo soggiorno arredato, una zona pranzo e una cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi. Nella proprietà è presente un apiario registrato. Questo AirBnB è stato appena rinnovato con nuovi accessori, decorazioni e vernice fresca!
