Elegante casa sul lungomare con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, accesso al fiume a pochi minuti dal lago George e dal monte Gore... fiume, lago e divertimento sugli sci in abbondanza! La terrazza panoramica e le vetrate a tutta altezza offrono una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Hudson e sulle montagne da tutte le angolazioni. Il piano principale a pianta aperta presenta un soffitto a cattedrale, un magnifico camino in pietra nella Great Room, pavimenti in legno massello su misura, una nuova cucina in granito e 3 spaziose camere da letto al piano superiore. La camera da letto principale offre un bagno privato, mentre 2 camere da letto per gli ospiti condividono un altro bagno completo. Tranquillità totale!

La casa si trova sul lato orientale del lago Schroon, il che consente l'esposizione al sole nel pomeriggio e una splendida vista sulle montagne. Rilassati con il suono dello sciabordio dell'acqua, il fruscio degli alberi e il crepitio del fuoco. A breve distanza in auto da un grande magazzino e dal varo delle barche. SCHROON RIVER RETREAT ❤️ Rifugiati nella tranquillità del fiume Schroon, con oltre 2 acri di terreno privato e oltre 375 piedi di fronte al lago. Siamo immersi nel cuore delle Adirondacks, appena fuori dalla I87. Gore Mountain è a soli 25 minuti di auto e il lago George a circa 15 minuti. La nostra casa si trova su una strada privata nella città di Warrensburg. Il nostro lungomare non ha barche a motore, quindi è perfetto per nuotare, fare tubing, kayak o canoa e offre ottime opportunità di pesca alla trota.
