Southern Charm Cottage with Screened Porch & Golf Cart

Embrace the chic new aesthetic of this redesigned residence. The home features an open-concept layout, nautical-themed decor with blue touches, wood finishes, a BBQ patio, and two screened porches with a swing and relaxing views of a wooded backyard. Inlet Retreat has 3 charming bedrooms with a central common area great for gathering. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a separate shower and tub area and a walk in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bath with the coolest barn door style shower door. Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. Please text with any questions you may have. I live in the area and am available as needed. Inlet Retreat is located in a casual neighborhood that offers privacy with its 1/2 acre lot. The property is a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, and shopping at the popular Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. We recommend car transportation to other attractions. Uber is readily available.

Myrtle Beach is 30 minutes north and 15 minutes south is quaint Pawleys Island with more great beaches and restaurants.

We're on a quiet street surrounded by Live Oaks and Spanish Moss. One block from Business 17 and a 1/2 mile to the Marsh Walk! Huntington State Park Beach is a five-minute drive. Harrelson's Seafood Market is a block away so you can cook low-country in the comfort of your own home. Or you can let Lee's Inlet Kitchen prepare it for you one block the other way.

Whole house 5 bedrooms (3 on 1st floor) - Captains Quarters, Octopus Outlook, Seahorse Sanctuary, Hollywood Room, & Sea Turtle Cove. Private pool, screened porch, hot tub, & sauna. Dogs allowed - a $35 per dog, per visit pet fee will be billed separately. In the woods between the ocean & the ICWW. It is more like a camping vacation than a high end beach resort. Expect lots of leaves, bugs, frogs, lizards & spiders. Owners closets, garage, & office not included. New hot tub 6/25.

Minutes to the beach! Private beach parking and golf cart included. Luxury 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home is located in Oceanside Village. Ground floor unit with private garden view patio. No stairs. Three gorgeous community pools, one is indoor. Hot tub & water park area, fenced in park. Try the famous Conche Cafe located at our beach front. Food Lion, Dollar General & Circle K are very close. Lots of restaurants & shopping. Please use any beach chairs or grills located in garage.
