La proprietà comprende 2 ettari di bosco dall'altra parte del torrente. Attraversa la passerella pedonale e percorri un breve sentiero fino a un piccolo stagno. La baita era in origine una baita di caccia. Nel corso degli anni è stata ampliata e convertita in residenza tutto l'anno. Lo chalet aveva un'atmosfera anni '70, quindi quando l'abbiamo ristrutturata abbiamo cercato di mantenere quella sensazione.
