Si trova su una strada privata e vicino a Howard Pond, al fiume Androscoggin e alle piste da sci di Sunday River. A prescindere dalla stagione, le opportunità ti aspettano, sia che tu decida di stare vicino o di avventurarti fuori. Ci sono un sacco di sentieri da esplorare nelle vicinanze, noleggio di canoe, sci e molto altro ancora.
