The lower unit is part of a four plex building with ample parking. The apartment kitchen is well stocked, and ready for meal preparation. There is a dining area, that is open to a large living area. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom holds a queen. The unit has a washer and dryer. One bathroom has a shower tub combination.
