Modern studio apartment in a historic building in Eastport Maine. 460 sq ft with private deck, king-sized bed, sitting area w/gas stove, galley kitchen, and bathroom. Walk-out second story deck overlooks large side-yard and has table, umbrella, and chairs for outside dining or simply enjoying the day. Private entrance and off-street parking. Well-equipped kitchen w/ refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, kettle, toaster oven, cookware, knives, utensils, dinnerware. Large closet with vacuum and heater.

Little Green Cottage

The Little Green Cottage is a peaceful location, on the edge of a calm river, where you can frequently see turtles and frogs. Truly a place to see the night sky and experience nature. Acadia is a little over 2 hours away. Quoddy Head State Park and Campobello Island (Canada - bring your passport), is within 30 minutes. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We just added an office shed for those who have to work on vacation. Additional fee to rent so please request in the booking.

With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. We are located in the heart of downtown St. Andrews, and free parking is provided for you. No need to drive anywhere! Everything is within walking distance. Whatever you are looking for, we have! Restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, boutiques, hardware store, recreational activities, whale watching, kayaking, bike tours, ghost tours, museums, kids activities, etc. The list goes on and on! Mulholland Cottage is an 1840 oceanfront cottage full of modern updates and historic Maine charm. On over 2 acres along Johnson Bay in Lubec, the cottage is perfect for experiencing the easternmost town in the US. It was lovingly restored over the past three years featuring modern appliances, new furnishings and bedding. Stroll along the beach brimming with seaglass and watch it transform with the monumental tide.

River View Retreat

Relax on your private deck over looking the Eagles Nest on the famous St. George Gorge and Basin. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, (restaurants, and pub close at 9pm) walking / Biking trails, the St. George falls. Short drive to fresh water and salt water beaches, places to put your kayaks in. Close to St. Andrews by the sea, New River Beach, golfing and the U.S border.
