Off street parking is available. On bus route: convenient public transportation to downtown. Close to everything in the center of Greater Cincinnati. Owner lives next door.

This private apartment is on a homestead with 5 beautiful acres, secluded from the busyness of the city, while only being about a half hour from downtown Cincinnati, 12 minutes from the Creation Museum, 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 10 minutes from Amazon, and 15 minutes from CVG Airport. The apartment shares a wall with our house, but is completely separate with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However, you may occasionally hear our children.
