Beautifully renovated villa by the ocean located just north of downtown Encinitas in the beach community of Leucadia. Just a half block from the ocean making it a short walk to three local beaches - Grandview, Beacons, and South Carlsbad. Encinitas rated one of the Top 20 Best Surf Towns in the World by National Geographic. Enjoy a spacious, open living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and entertainment room. Large outdoor patio for dining al fresco surrounded by lush landscaping. Bedrooms have queen beds with luxurious sheets, TV, and sliding doors to the back yard, patio area. Large, designer bathroom with bathtub/shower. Also has a sleeper sofa in the main living area and adjacent beautifully designed full bath. The beaches of Leucadia are located below steep vertical cliffs which are accessible via well maintained stairways, making them relatively secluded and frequented by locals.
