The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

This family lake house is built on beautiful lake Lanier. Just ten minutes from Tryon North Carolina and Landrum South Carolina. The house offers beautiful views of Hogback Mountain from our private patio, it is on the water, has a dock, canoe, gas grill,and a rooftop deck overlooking the water. About a 20 straight short walk to heart of downtown. 0.7 miles to The Bon Secours Wellness Arena D 1.1 miles to The Peace Center 0.6 miles to The Hyatt Regency McPherson park is 1/2 mile away and has tennis courts and putt putt as well as playground 1.5 miles to Falls Park.
