Situato a meno di 30 minuti da Kyle Field, Bryan College Station, in un grande ranch di bestiame, questo cottage degli anni '50 con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno completamente ristrutturato ha tutto ciò che stai cercando e molto altro ancora. Patio esterno illuminato per feste, braciere, griglia a gas, disc golf, cornhole, sedie a dondolo e altalena. Con ogni soggiorno riceverai un fascio di legna da ardere in omaggio e dolcetti per nutrire a mano le mucche.

Premiata come "Miglior Bed & Breakfast 2025" nella contea, la Harris-Martin House, costruita nel 1837, ti offre un'esperienza di soggiorno che è un perfetto mix di stile meridionale, storia e comfort moderno! Con tre portici, hai spazio all'aperto per goderti il tuo tempo insieme. Il Parlor è stato letteralmente costruito per una buona conversazione, un'atmosfera che dura fino ai giorni nostri. Ti aspettano originali pavimenti in pino a foglia lunga, pareti in legno di pino macinato, una vasca con piedini e finestre vintage in vetro ondulato. Goditi un momento storico!

This space is 399sqft on 2 1/2 acres of wooded land. It has 1- bedroom w/full size bed ,2-closets & loft w/ 1-full size bed. The moment you walk in you will fall in love with it.
