Un bellissimo loft in un fienile del 1840 a pochi passi da chilometri di sentieri escursionistici. Ingresso completamente separato e privato, bagno e angolo cottura. Questo sito è ideale per una coppia in cerca di un'esperienza all'aperto che si ritira nel comfort e nella sicurezza di una minicasa di lusso. Tutto è alimentato a energia solare.

Il nostro mulino ristrutturato del 1840 si trova nella splendida regione del Monadnock. La casa e il cottage sono situati su un terreno di 4,8 ettari e includono giardini, un frutteto, cespugli di bacche, viti, alveari, un cane e una cascata straordinaria. Siamo vicini a molte gemme naturali, tra cui il monte Monadnock, il Pack Monadnock, i sentieri escursionistici di Heald Tract, sci, racchette da neve e nuoto. Inoltre, l'acclamato MacDowell Arts Center, Andy's Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art e le scuole Waldorf.

It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, table & chairs you may use.
