Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.

Fully self-contained and air-conditioned, one bedroom apartment in a duplex style arrangement (one neighbouring unit). Queen-size bed in bedroom and two pull-out/fold out sofas in the lounge room.
