Dedicated driveway in front leads to a private courtyard entrance. Our apartment is walkable to Lowndes Grove and Hampton Park. We are 1.5 miles from the start of "downtown". Generally, parking is not a problem, but lots of people choose to Uber or Lyft or ride Lime bikes. Owners live in the connected main house.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Quaint Cottage Studio in Ashley Forest (Avondale).

Take in the peace, calm, and hospitality of Charleston at this small, quaint, stand-alone cottage. The studio is situated on our property and shares an outdoor lounge and dining area. Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.

Enjoy Charleston while staying in a newly renovated, cozy & centrally-located suite, 9 mins from the center of downtown CHS. The Suite is attached to the main home but 100% private (private entrance, room & bathroom). The Suite is walking distance to Hampton Park along with many other restaurants & bars. And city's best cafe (The Harbinger) is right around the corner! There's a brand new king size Purple mattress, mini-fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, parking spot, etc.

King Suite / Private Entrance

Newly renovated guest suite on the upper Charleston Peninsula very close to Hampton Park and the Citadel Military College. Spacious, Comfortable, Quiet, has parking and is about a 13 minute drive to the Historic/business district or catch the free shuttle bus 3 blocks away. please note that the kitchenette area does not include a stove. Also note the stairs to the second floor location in case mobility is an issue.
