La rimessa dell'Old Vicarage è stata costruita nel 1750 come parte di una fattoria. Nel 1860 la proprietà fu acquistata come vicariato per la Chiesa. Ora completamente ristrutturata, è accogliente e offre una vista mozzafiato sui terreni agricoli fino alle colline Pennine. Ha un proprio ingresso, dove c'è una lavasciuga. Sali la scala in rovere per raggiungere una cucina con frigorifero, forno a microonde e piano cottura a induzione, bagno con doccia, letto matrimoniale con divano e TV. Vicino al Lyme Park e al Peak District, ma a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Manchester.

Situato in posizione centrale, l'appartamento ha numerosi bar, ristoranti e negozi (tra cui 3 supermercati) proprio davanti alla porta. Facile accesso a Middlewood Way, al canale di Macclesfield e a Lyme Park.
