La struttura si trova su 15 ettari con un laghetto con pesci. Dalla baita a Gatlinburg o Pigeon Forge ci vogliono circa 50 minuti. I bambini adorano questo posto, giocare nel torrente, andare in pedalò, dare da mangiare ai pesci, catturarli e liberarli, il braciere, fare smores, il grande cortile, i due ponti sul torrente; se hai un AWD o un 4x4, vai in cima alla Snowbird Mountain e percorri l'Appalachian Trail fino a Wildcat Springs per circa 1,4 km.
