Splendida villa, arroccata in cima a una montagna, circondata completamente da altre montagne. Un'ampia terrazza è stata progettata e arredata intenzionalmente per consentire agli ospiti di godere della VISTA A LUNGO RAGGIO da varie angolazioni. Questa villa ispirata a Frank Lloyd Wright porta l '"atmosfera cittadina" nel bosco, con ampie finestre che portano luce e mostrano la splendida cornice naturale. Le caratteristiche degli interni sono aperte, ordinate e incredibilmente confortevoli, con una qualità all'avanguardia in questo spazio.

Chalet DuPont 2 con vasca idromassaggio/sauna

Questo chalet è uno dei due presenti nella nostra proprietà. Questa è la proprietà in affitto più vicina al Dupont State Park, a soli 400 metri dall'ingresso. Dotata di vasca idromassaggio privata, sauna e focolare lungo un torrente, questa struttura è unica nel suo genere! Il nostro chalet si trova a 15 minuti dal centro di Brevard e a 20 minuti dal centro di Hendersonville, che offrono entrambi molti negozi e ristoranti locali. Il nostro chalet offre un rifugio tranquillo ed è il luogo perfetto per chiunque ami la vita all'aria aperta!!

Il nostro dolce cottage è il mix perfetto tra il fascino storico degli anni '30 e tocchi moderni e all'avanguardia. Situato a breve distanza in bicicletta dai ristoranti, dai birrifici e dai negozi del centro, ma nascosto in un bellissimo lotto boschivo: il meglio di entrambi i mondi!! A 20 minuti dalla foresta di Pisgah, dalla foresta di Dupont, dall'aeroporto di Asheville, dai vigneti, ecc.! 3 montagne sciistiche in 70 minuti!
