La vista migliore sul lago! 150 metri di fronte su un punto. Disponibili rampa privata per imbarcazioni e molo. Terrazza coperta per ammirare il tramonto. Focolare all'aperto e inserto a gas interno. Griglia a propano in loco. Tanto posto per parcheggiare. In inverno, posizione ideale per andare in motoslitta e praticare la pesca sul ghiaccio. Direttamente sul lago e poi 4 punti di accesso ai sentieri locali/ITS. Ottima pesca a 60 metri dal portico. Una volta che il ghiaccio si è sciolto, puoi pescare black crappie e piccoli pesci dalla comodità di un molo privato

Moderna casa di recente ristrutturazione su un unico livello con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni, situata vicino all'aeroporto di Bangor. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La casa si trova in una strada tranquilla. Ideale per gli anziani o per chi ama le case su un solo livello senza scale. Siamo a circa 45-50 minuti da Acadia. Avrai accesso al cortile posteriore e a quello anteriore. Il vialetto lastricato è condiviso. Il tuo parcheggio si trova sul lato destro del vialetto ed è sufficiente per due veicoli.

Splendida vista su Hermon Pond da quasi tutte le finestre di questo campeggio unico. Ci sono 2 camere da letto, un letto king size nella camera padronale e due comodi letti a castello nella seconda camera da letto. Bar e sala giochi nel seminterrato recentemente ristrutturati per il tuo divertimento. L'ampio terreno consente di giocare in famiglia, mentre le grandi querce offrono privacy. La sera, accendi il focolare e arrostisciacchetti. Un bellissimo rifugio per creare ricordi indimenticabili.

Lakefront cottage on 47 acre Tracy pond. The pond has no public access so it is quiet with only my home and another Air BnB on site. You share the backyard with my home. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.
