Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the renovated lower level of a barn. Reconnect with nature at this peaceful,unforgettable escape. Our farmette is nestled away in beautiful countryside, plenty of mountains, with creeks for fishing less than 1 mile away. The famous Appalachian trail entrance is about 1.5 miles away. Stroll our cut flower gardens ( in season) and beautiful property grounds with unparalleled views. Our desire is for folks to unwind, rest, restore, and rediscover the beauty of nature.

Treehouse at Fairview Farms

The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

Filled w/hand-painted furniture and up-cycled, whimsical art, our quirky property has something for everyone! Just mins from Annville & 20 to Hersheypark, you're surrounded by woods but w/the convenience of a town nearby. Our four acres feature a hot tub; pond/water feature; screened porch, fire pit; playhouse; arcade; and lots of artistic motivation!

River views and easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The spacious unit offers guests a cozy yet expansive space in the heart of the city. The living area features ample seating facing a TV, ideal for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, and the bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and 65" TV. Beloved Chateau (with Hot Tub)

The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

Country View Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Lebanon County surrounded by rural farmland and Amish community. Enjoy sitting on the front porch or private balcony listening to the birds, or in the winter cozy up to the fireplace with a cup of coffee. This Lodge offers a full kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and a private bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has a private bedroom, loft bedroom, bathroom and a bonus children's room with 2 single beds.

Conewago Cabin #1 (No Cleaning Fee!)

Here you will find a quiet, simple place to stay with a nice view overlooking the creek. It has all the necessary amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch overlooking the creek. Sony 50" smart tv Keurig with a complimentary assortment of coffee pods. This cabin has its own private fire pit. Pets are welcome, there is a once per stay $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed.

The location is private, but still only a few minutes drive to town(Myerstown, Lebanon County PA) where you will find restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. This is the perfect honeymoon suite or place to come to reconnect with your spouse. The backyard oasis includes a new hot tub(4/24),a fire pit, and a grill. The Grey Wolf (studio-style loft suite)
