La casa vacanze è appartata e di per sé ma allo stesso tempo a soli 2 km dalla spiaggia di Nørlev, 3 km dallo Skallerup Seaside Resort e 6 km da Lønstrup. A sud c'è la vista delle dune interne di Skallerup e a ovest la vista sul mare.

L'entusiasmante storia della casa risale al 1920, quando si chiamava Blånæs, ispirato al tumulo di argilla "Den Blå Næse" a nord della proprietà.
