Our spacious bungalow has 3 double bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom with a double shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It is in a perfect location for those visiting the NEC / Resorts world / Birmingham airport as they are a 10 min train journey away! It’s also ideal for those who want to do a group booking or business in Birmingham. Free parking for up-to 3/4 cars on drive. Our property boasts a large private garden, perfect to lounge and soak in the sun (excusing the British weather).

This is a large spacious bedroom with an ensuite Bathroom fitted with a large shower. Inside you have a king size bed, sofa SmartTV so you can connect to your Netflix account. (WI-FI details are provided . As well as a kettle for tea or coffee free snacks & water bottles. The Lake House is situated in suburban Solihull, within walking distance of pubs, a range of restaurants and cafes, as well as the train station to take you to Solihull, Birmingham, & Stratford Upon Avon. We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.

Former railway workers cottage, now updated and modern, with luxurious hot tub in idilic garden setting. Comfy beds, TV fitted bedrooms, super fast Wifi, and stylish corner sofa to seat 5 around large smart TV. Private parking for up to 4 cars/vans at property. Host lives locally if support required.

Enjoy a stylish modern studio apartment in Birmingham. The entire apartment has a private self check-in entrance, access to your own amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a comfortable new bed, for a restful night's sleep, with underneath storage. The studio also has free parking on premise, Wi-Fi, Smart-tv and access to the shared garden. The apartment is 10-15 minutes from the City Centre and local shops, and restaurants and a 7 minutes walk to the train station and bus stop.

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

Comfortable spare room in a great neighbourhood.

As a host, I'm easy-going and love welcoming people into my home. Kings Heath is a great neighbourhood, offering great parks, a bustling high street and easy access to Birmingham city centre. It's easy to get to by car and public transport. My spare room is upstairs, and right next to the shared bathroom. You are also welcome to use the kitchen, living room, garden and piano during your stay. If there's anything you need, just ask and I'll do my best to help.

Welcome to Eden house its surrounded by a nature reserve clean comfortable and in a quiet area, close to all amenities. Buses and train station nearby. Private car parking available. Located near Birmingham airport, and NEC 10 minutes drive. This listing is ideal for those with their own car however there is a taxi service I recommend and also bus and train service within 5 -15 minutes walk respectively.
