New opened in September, 2022. It is close to Hongdae Main Street, 3 minute from Exit 7 of Hongik University Station. It's newly opened, so it's clean and you can use the 6th floor alone. There is also an elevator in the building. It has a bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a spacious living room, a neat kitchen and toilet, and a balcony, and it has good lighting. It is an accommodation optimized for Hongdae tourism with a view overlooking the main street of Hongdae and various amenities nearby.

Two min's from Hongik Univ st Exit No. 5 20sec from the convenience store. (GS25) My house provides various amenities such as water purifier, Air purifier and refrigerator etc. You don't need to buy drinking water because there's a water purifier. ( cold&hot water) - Air purifier - bidet - free wifi (unlimited) - queen Bed - multi adaptor - Full HD TV 43" ( + Netflix ) - Laundry machine & detergent - Shampoo and body wash - Microwave - Hair dryer - towels and tissue - CCTV recording 24h etc.

A bright modern studio in the very center of Hongdae. Minimal yet warm with bright yellow accents, the studio is equipped with a full kitchen, fridge, washer(that has dryer function), AC, floor heating(even in the bathroom), a full bathroom, a Queen size bed(1500mm width), a spacious work station/table(1400mm width), and other meticulous amenities you may need. Located on the first floor of a 4 story house building (where my family lives on the top floor) with a separate entrance for you.
