It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

Unique features include: a fire-pit, a barn that can house horses, and a front porch that provides a perfect view of the sunset daily!

Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers.

Plenty of closet space, your own kitchen and a television in the living room with a small TV in master bedroom.

"This cozy farmhouse is located on a beautiful 45+acre animal farm. This 3 bedroom and 1 bath, is a country get-a-way, perfect for all occasions. Located just minutes from I-65 and is right in-between Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN. For tourism, we are located approximately 25 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park; 20 minutes from Barren River State Park; 40 minutes from National Corvette Museum; and 45 minutes from the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace. It's very peaceful and relaxing.

It's within 10 min to Nolin State Park, 20 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park (check Ferry), and 15min to Moutardier Marina. Please note, 2nd bedroom is in bunkhouse, not main cabin.
