This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

House Seven was created with the purpose of providing an unforgettable stay at Fayal Island, with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, an inside and outside dining area, a full equiped kitchen (electric stove, oven, eletric ketle, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, and also a washing machine). There's a living room with a flat screen tv and free wi-fi. The big windows in every division makes the house very well iluminated.

Outrora adega tradicional de vinho, construída por Francisco Paulo em 1980, esta moradia serviu durante muitos anos como local de produção e armazém do vinho da família Paulo.
