Terreno statale nelle vicinanze per la caccia. Gladwin RV Trails a 16 minuti.

La posizione di questa casa è il posto migliore per gli appassionati di attività all'aperto. Una casa unica che offre molto spazio per gli ospiti, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Si trova vicino ai sentieri per motoslitte e ai percorsi per fuoristrada. Vicino a molti laghi, fiumi e all'area ricreativa del fiume Rifle. A pochi chilometri da terreni statali dove è possibile cacciare e raccogliere funghi. C'è un ampio cortile per ospitare i tuoi camion e rimorchi, da cui partire per le tue escursioni. È stato recentemente ristrutturato, ma conserva ancora alcuni elementi originali. Situato a pochi minuti anche da Rose City!

Accogliente cottage con 2 camere da letto vicino a sentieri e spiagge

Graziosa e accogliente casa con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno a Saint Helen. Siediti sulla terrazza anteriore e guarda le auto che passano mentre il tuo animale domestico corre libero nel cortile completamente recintato. Porta il tuo quad o fuoristrada e percorri i sentieri dall'altra parte della strada per raggiungere le dune di sabbia. Goditi una giornata in spiaggia con accesso a 2 spiagge private. Oppure rilassati vicino al falò nel cortile sul retro. In ogni caso, qui a Saint Helen ti divertirai sicuramente, con l'ottimo cibo dei ristoranti locali e la fauna selvatica tutt'intorno. @ a_moment_in_time_vacasa1

Dispone di 2 camere da letto con una terza camera nel seminterrato (il seminterrato non è finito), TV satellitare, giochi e puzzle. Splendido portico e terrazza. La baita si trova su 17 acri di campagna boscosa. Terreno statale dall'altra parte della strada. Vicino ai fiumi AuSable e Rifle e al lago Clear. L'età minima è 25 anni

Lungo il fiume su Lakeshore Drive

Splendida casa in stile contemporaneo con una disposizione spaziosa e aperta con 3 camere da letto (2 letti matrimoniali grandi e 1 letto matrimoniale grande) e due bagni completi. La casa si trova su un doppio lotto che si affaccia su 120' del fiume Tittabawassee. Vicino a 5 location per matrimoni nella zona! Facile accesso dalla M-61 su una strada asfaltata. Al momento godiamo del flusso naturale del fiume Tittabawassee, ma tieni presente che non c'è un buon punto di accesso per salire/entrare in acqua. Il restauro della diga che crea il lago è stato completato nel 2026.
