It's the photohgrapher's dream location. Eyjafjallajökull and Seljalandsfoss can be seen from the apartment. 4x4 is necessary during winter as the path leading to the house can get very snowy.

Urriðafoss Apartments is located in amazing nature, at the front of the waterfall Urriðafoss, that is located in the River Þjórsá in Southwest Iceland. The house was built 2018 and has a big windows so our guests can enjoy the view. The house is surrounded by beautiful wildlife at the summer time and the northern lights at the winter time. Urriðafoss Apartments is fully equipped with wifi, TV, combo washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, fridge, all necessary kitchen tools and hot tub.

Then Hvílusteinn is perfect as a getaway from the city into the wilderness & as a base camp for South Iceland, within 100 km you have most of Iceland's popular gems! Airport about 170km away. It's nice to just enjoy the local nature and the northern lights in this remote and secluded area of the countryside with a private outdoor shower and shared indoor shower and a sauna. A nice little cottage "Sunnukot" which is a renovated studio near a private house in a quiet area by the sea. It is located in the town of Kópavogur next to the capital Reykjavík which is easily accessible by bus. The first bus stop is just situated in the street above, few minutes walk away. It takes only 10 minutes to get to Reykjavík center by car. Fully equipped kitchen and good dining area. Private bathroom with a shower. All linen and towels are provided. Supermarkets are close by.

Ásahraun is a small farm in an unspoiled nature, with friendly dog and other animals. In my lovely place, which is quiet and friendly, I have 3 sleeping barrels with wc and a sink. Sleeping in a barrel is a unique experience, cozy and quiet. I have a lovely shower house, hot tub and kitchen that you share with other guests. The location is a perfect base to visit all the unique locations in the south, and Reykjavik is a little less than an hour away.

Perfect as either the starting point for an exploration of southern Iceland or as a base since it is close to the Golden Circle and a few hours drive to the glaciers and black sands of the south. Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga is a horse farm, on the banks of the salmon-rich Ölfusá river surrounded by beautiful landscape.

Welcome to the newly renovated farmhouse in Esjuberg, where you sleep by the roots of the mountain. This house truly has it all, from a beautiful ocean view, horses in the backyard, and a phenomenal view over Reykjavik. Esjuberg plays a big part in a very interesting Icelandic Viking story called the Kjalnesinga Saga. In this story, a woman named Esja lived here along with her foster son Búi, who became a very mighty man.
