Starting in the iconic and central Puerta del Sol, we will start exploring Barrio de las Letras, an important local neighbourhood of Madrid, nowadays, a chic bohemian area. You will discover this charming neighbourhood's historical spots on your way towards the Prado Museum. Once we arrive at the Museum, we will skip the queue, entering directly. Before starting the tour inside the Museum, I will give you a short briefing of what we will discover together. I will show you the masterpieces that everyone should see when visiting the Prado Museum, but my main focus is to connect the history & development of Spain with the art collection. Discovering the historical periods of my country inside each painting, understanding the meaning and the importance of the topic in history: From the Flemish painters that inspired the Hamburg family to spread their empire to the life in Madrid during the XVIII century admiring Goya’s paintings. The Museum collection includes Love, Mythology and mysterious legends that would be fun to share with you. After the visit, you can stay in the Museum as long as you wish! Knowing Sintra like the back of our hands and all the magic it has to offer, we came up with what we believe to be the most amazing and complete way of experiencing its wonders in one full day! - Start the day in Lisbon in front of Dona Maria II Theater - Our first stop will be at the historic center of Sintra to discover its beautiful labyrinth like streets. We will talk about what makes Sintra so special while discovering its secrets and taste its unique pastry. - We will then discover the Palace of Quinta da Regaleira and get lost in its 4 hectares of mysticism and romantic arquitecture and gardens. - From here we will leave the tourists behind and go through the very picturesque and hidden towns of Colares, Penedo, Almoçageme etc. to reach the open atlantic coastline. - On the coastline we will go for a waterfront lunch before exploring its brethtaking cliff views and Cabo da Roca - The end of the World! -We will then have the best postcard like views of the Pena Palace and finish the tour with a visit to this unique romantic Palace. :) Other things to note Pick up and drop off in front of Dona Maria II Theater (15 walk from most areas on the city) Meals and Monuments fees are not included.

Open for all levels, thanks to our responsive and easy to ride horses, you will be able to ride even if you never saw a horse before :) Enjoy an intimate and fun experience in a scenic route, tall and beautiful trees will give you a fresh feeling, streams and brooks, wildflowers of various colours, cows and bulls, and much other flora & fauna. We'll head to where the city ends, nature begins, and tourists rarely venture. I'll take you to a local ranch, where you will be able to pet horses, dogs, sometimes there are even young horses that you can meet. I'll teach you the basics of riding. Then we'll set out across a dramatic landscape of forest and mountains for 1 hour approximately and when the ride finishes you will be able to pet and take pictures with friendly horses inside our barn. I will bring you from the meeting point to the ranch and back to the meeting point for free. To get to the meeting point you can use different types of transport, don't hesitate on asking. The ride will be around 1 hour but from when we meet to when we say bye-bye it will be around 2 hours. Bring adequate clothing for the day's climate & wear comfortable clothing including long pants and closed-toed shoes, without heels. Tips are greatly appreciated :)

We will meet at the train station and I will take you to explore some of the most beautiful Spanish landscapes that Madrid National Park Mountains can offer for 2-3 hours approx. The hike is easy and relaxing, perfect for a rest from the city hustle and bustle and connect with nature (it is only known by locals so it won't be crowded). We'll hike along mountains, little streams, oaks, holm oaks, pines, blackberries, wild roses, sometimes cows and horses will be free roaming among us... We will see some of the most amazing natural treasures that "la Sierra de Madrid" hides (including local ranches), we will also see some historical remains and will stop at a lookout to contemplate the chain of Mountains and the nearest towns. During winter time, we will be able to enjoy the snow if the forecast is with us, and during summer, we will enjoy the fresher temperatures from the city center. We’re having a special feature, today, Monday the 15th, from 17h00 to 19h00. LisboaLove Fado is the ultimate event to live and feel Portuguese Lisboa's traditional genre. Starting at 5PM on Friday’s and Tuesday's. I'll share some of our traditions and culture and a brief introduction to the history of Fado, to set the mood for our evening. The LisboaLove Fado takes place on an exclusive venue: my apartment! Please notice that pictures include also previous venues. It's a personal full experience only for the guests who book it, not joining a Fado Restaurant with others. For context I'll summarize the history of Fado. This will be followed by a 40-minute tribute performance to Amalia Rodrigues, Portugal’s most famous and well-loved Fado singer. I will add some commentary during the concert to resume the lyrics being performed. Since it is afternoon you may have walked a lot in our hilly city already, so we'll serve a snack of traditional petiscos. There's no Fado without some wine and olives too. But don't worry - I'm not singing :) A highly talented and recording Fado singer and musicians are performing for you!

This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organise themselves in groups of one-two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella under the promise of a fully immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each class so that all of the guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. The paella workshop itself has a duration of 45 minutes to an hour. After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing. We will start in Madrid near Plaza Espana, in the center of the city. The experience which will last around three hours, we will go to three different rooftop bars in the center of Madrid that offer amazing views of the city. From these viewpoints, you will look out over Madrids iconic monuments and neighborhoods. We will discuss some of the culture as we travel to the rooftops bars. As we travel between bars, you will learn about the best restaurants, neighborhoods, and things to do in Madrid. Nuestra aventura Inicia en Madrid con dirección a Cuenca, les recogeremos en un coche y seremos un máximo de 6 personas, esta es una experiencia cercana e intima; no vamos a las prisas y te adelantamos desde ya, que no va a ser el típico tour, seremos como un grupo de amigos divirtiéndonos. Al llegar a la mágica ciudad de Cuenca declarada patrimonio de la humanidad por la UNESCO, nuestra inmersión empezara con una caminata en los miradores, donde apreciaremos como los árabes construyeron una ciudad en medio de los desfiladeros del rio húcar, entre paredes rocosas y casas que parecen estar suspendidas en el aire; Caminaremos por sus callejuelas y subiremos las cuestas que nos van adentrando en esta ciudad, durante el paseo les contaremos su historia, maravillados por su impresionante arquitectura medieval y sus orígenes musulmanes. Haremos una pausa para que puedas comer tranquilo y sin prisas ya que les aseguramos que en nuestra aventura la idea es que puedas disfrutar; después de la comida pasaremos por la calle de Alfonso VIII, famosa por sus magnificas tiendas donde podremos comprar un lindo recuerdo. Antes de emprender nuestro regreso nos dirigiremos a un viñedo local, atendido por su dueño donde nos explicará su elaboración y disfrutaremos de una cata con el atardecer rodeados de campos, en la llamada toscana Española
