The Old Orchard Cottage

A beautiful fully self contained 2 bedroom holiday home in the charming historic village of St Bathans, Central Otago. Built using the traditional method of mud brick with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in the first bedroom and 1 three quarter bed or small double in the second bedroom) and a sofa in the lounge that converts to a small double bed. Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Maori Point Vineyard Cottage

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Cosy and Convenient

A private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main house. Private parking space and secure storage for bicycles, if needed. The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.

You will love spending time in this beautiful, historic cottage in the heart of Naseby Village. Built in 1882, the cottage has undergone a full restoration of the interior and now offers luxury accommodation. We are close to local shop, village pub, cafe, park (inc children play area), museum, information centre, tennis courts, Naseby Forest Recreation Area, swimming dam. Don't forget Naseby as a fantastic dark skies location!!
