Lo spazio abitativo inferiore è di oltre 93 metri quadrati e si trova al piano inferiore della nostra casa ranch. È molto tranquillo e privato. La porta d'ingresso è condivisa e dista solo 2 passi dall'ingresso dell'alloggio Airbnb. Siamo a 5 minuti dalla I-280/I-74, vicino all'Augustana College, a John Deere, al Rock Island Arsenal, ecc. Accogliente appartamento con cucina e zona pranzo, ampio bagno privato, soggiorno con zona pranzo, divano letto e futon, grande camera da letto e una seconda camera da letto/palestra. Parcheggio gratuito nel nostro vialetto e connessione internet ad alta velocità.

Rifugio storico a West Hill

Bellissima casa storica con 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni, a pochi passi da negozi, bar/ristoranti e tutto ciò che il centro di Muscatine ha da offrire. Goditi una vista mozzafiato sul fiume Mississippi da diversi punti panoramici all'interno e all'esterno di questa casa. L'interno di 279 metri quadri offre molti posti per riunirsi e rilassarsi. Due delle camere da letto sono dotate di bagno completo interno. Le altre due camere condividono un bagno completo. I servizi aggiuntivi includono cucina completamente attrezzata, lavanderia, giochi, griglia e area intrattenimento all'aperto.

La Casita è una casa per famiglie completamente ristrutturata con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Ci troviamo a 3 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Muscatine. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e la casa dispone di un letto king-size, un letto queen-size e un letto singolo (un box per bambini è disponibile su richiesta). Altre caratteristiche includono vasca/doccia in ogni bagno, lavatrice e asciugatrice di grandi dimensioni, rilevatori di fumo/monossido di carbonio, check-in automatico senza chiavi, wifi, smart TV e un'area privata recintata nel cortile.

Small town feel close to the Mississippi, but less than 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect for MVP fair week, Bix, Farmers Market, River Bandits, Credit Island visit, and much more.
