Prende il nome da un immigrato italiano che si stabilì a Napa nei primi anni del 1900 per coltivare ortaggi per la sua nuova comunità. Frank Massa costruì questo cottage mediterraneo come regalo di nozze per la sua futura moglie nel 1930. Il cottage con due camere da letto e un bagno è iscritto nel registro storico ed è stato completamente ripristinato per riportarlo alla sua eleganza originale, con arredi e infissi originali degli anni '30.
