Recently renovated, bright loft like lakefront one bedroom. Cozy space w/an eclectic vibe nestled on large intercoastal lake. Open kitchen & living room w/slider to large terrace. Beautiful lake views. 2nd floor apt w/private entrance. Kitchen w/island seating. Living rm has vaulted ceiling, comfy down sofa. Bedroom w/newer bath w/walk in shower. Nice walkable area near beach with nearby eateries. Nearby station allows to rent electric scooter via app to hop on and off at 50 stations in town.

AP 3 Bd Apt 2 BLKS to BEACH - 2 Parking Spaces!

Wake up and smell the ocean! My place is great for families or friends vacationing together. The apartment was recently renovated, and comes with its own private entrance in the rear of the house. Street parking is scarce here, but you have TWO spaces in the private lot! The location is perfect, its a two block walk from the beach, boardwalk, and Convention Hall and just under a mile to Cookman Avenue! I've lived in Asbury Park for 10 years and I love it - I'm sure you will too.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Explore the top notch dining, unique shops and entertainment. Enjoy the fresh air and beauty of the town. Your restored apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated two family home. We live upstairs. You'll enjoy complete privacy however including two private entrances to your unit. The house is a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride from the beach. It also has a gorgeous view of Deal Lake from one of the bedrooms and is located on a beautiful tree lined block.
