Waterfront Cabin with Hot Tub! Kayaks & Canoes!

"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

The Cottage on Lighthouse Lane

Enjoy a getaway at The Cottage on beautiful Round Lake. Eat on the lakeshore or at the nearby Dear Run or Lake LeAnn Golf Courses. Take a kayak or canoe out to fish or for a peaceful spin around the lake, stopping at the Park to fill water bottles at the spring fed Artesian well. Bring a pontoon or speedboat to ski or tube on this all sports lake if you prefer to pick up the pace. End the day making S'mores at the Fire-Pit watching a beautiful sunset and the moon reflect off tranquil waters.

Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Quonset Hut Cottage

Listed as one of Michigan's Dream Homes 2023. Located on the beautiful all-sports Swains Lake. Includes two kayaks (April-Oct), your own dock and beach area. Public boat launch a mile down the road. Inside you will find a clean, spacious, cabin with all the amenities needed for a romantic get away or a family fun trip! Only an hour away from Ann Arbor and Kalamazoo or 30 minutes from Marshall. Falling Waters Trail, a 10 mile paved trail connecting Concord to Jackson, is 5 miles away.

Guests are also allowed to use the dock space for fishing kayaking or just relaxing To get to the cabin you have to walk down 45 steps

Glad to see that you will be visiting our cabin! It is a serene and charming step away from the busy world. Information on hiking trails, local events, and eateries in the area are listed in the cabin. A grill is available, a chiminea on the pergola deck for nightly fires, and also on the deck is a clawfoot bathtub and outside shower (for the brave at heart!!) There is a shower in the cabin, too. Be sure to be on the lookout for the wildlife in the area!!
