A locked door separates this private basement level from the house above. - This single-story home requires 3 steps for entry. - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior entry, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the driveway, and camera 3 is at the bottom of the driveway facing the basement/garage doors. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. - Pets are not allowed; however, individuals with allergies should be aware that the owners do have a cat when they stay in the home. - No commercial business may be operated from the property (including but not limited to photo shoots, sales parties, promotional gatherings, etc). - As the property has not been childproofed, guests are encouraged to take extra care if your party includes children. - While the gas grill (Blackstone griddle) is provided for guests use, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank as needed.

Si trova in un tranquillo ambiente di campagna con tramonti incredibili e un sacco di "cielo buio" per vedere le stelle. Quando non sei fuori a goderti la nostra piccola fattoria, ci sono molti servizi all'interno per rendere il tuo soggiorno sicuro, confortevole e indimenticabile.

Fai un salto a "Hogsmeade" (nel centro di Cedar City) a pochi minuti da ristoranti, negozi e dal fascino locale.

Hiker’s Hideout at Kanarraville Falls is the perfect place to relax after seeing all the natural beauty here in southern Utah. Including the world famous Kanarra Falls, which is located less than a mile away. Other world famous sites that are located within a short drive are, Zions National Park (50 mins), Kolob Canyon National Park (15 mins), Bryce Canyon National Park (1.5 hrs), along with many local trails and sites. This unit is located on the 2nd floor above a separate ground floor unit.
