Permit 302043. We are located on a quiet street close to the action in a beautifully renovated historic home in Monkland Village, Notre-Dame-de-Graçe (NDG). The spacious and airy suite is a newly constructed basement with 8 foot ceilings. 20 min drive to airport. Close to great restaurants, shops and all transport. 20 min walk or 6 min bus ride to Montreal underground Metro system. Close enough to the action to enjoy it by day and far enough to sleep soundly at night!

The Mapmaker's House, where you will be staying on the 2nd floor reserved for guests, is a hundred-year-old house located within the historic neighbourhoods of Westmount and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. Close to the downtown area but also in a quiet neighbourhood with a host of green spaces, it is a minute's walk away from Sherbrooke Street West, with its restaurants and shops, an a 5 min walk from Vendôme metro station. There are two free parking spaces.
