Cozy one bedroom cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Complex/Arena, Planet Fitness and the Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to the Kansas State Fairgrounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guest of all backgrounds. We will however not book to people who live in Hutchinson Ks and are booking for themselves.

The barn-style cabin, with a studio sleeping area downstairs and bunk beds upstairs, sets the tone for a farm stay. Tasks here are optional: wandering the grounds to encounter an alpaca and miniature donkeys; grilling on the patio; watching the sunset, or warming up in front of the potbelly stove. Creature comforts include a full kitchen, a television, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.
