Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. If you're up for a walk, the area’s trails will take you into the town center or down to the beach. La casa è ideale per coppie o famiglie in cerca di una vacanza nella natura, vicino al mare e circondata da una ricca biodiversità. Appena fuori dalla porta, troverai il canto degli uccelli, le farfalle e una variegata fauna selvatica che lo rende speciale.

La casa è arredata con 3 camere da letto al 1 ° piano con spazio per 6 persone e un bagno. Al piano terra si trovano una cucina, un accogliente soggiorno arredato con divani e TV e una sala da pranzo con accesso alla terrazza e al giardino. C'è un ampio giardino recintato dietro la casa con mobili da giardino, sedie a sdraio, amaca e barbecue. Nel seminterrato c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Vicino alla spiaggia, alla città e ai negozi, e con una terrazza privata, dove la cena può essere grigliata e gustata fino agli ultimi raggi del sole. C'è spazio per 4 adulti, suddivisi in una camera da letto al piano terra e un soppalco al 1° piano. L'annesso ha una terrazza e un ingresso indipendenti, ma offre la possibilità di un "buongiorno per noi, in quanto si trova nel nostro cortile 👫🏼👋🏻 Parcheggio gratuito su strade pubbliche.

Una delle case di pescatori più antiche di Limfjord, risalente al 1774, con una storia fantastica, è arredata con un design delizioso e si trova a soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia, su un grande terreno privato esposto a sud, con cucina all'aperto e area lounge con vista diretta sulla zona del fiordo, ricca di sentieri escursionistici. Ci sono due biciclette pronte per scoprire Thyholm o i due kayak possono portarti in giro per l'isola, e puoi anche raccogliere le tue ostriche e cozze blu in riva al mare e cucinarle mentre il sole tramonta sull'acqua

Qui puoi davvero rilassarti e goderti la splendida natura e il mare. Inizia la giornata sul terrazzo esposto a est con una tazza di caffè, passeggia lungo la spiaggia nell'accogliente Løkken e termina la giornata ammirando il tramonto dal terrazzo in legno esposto a sud. C'è un divano letto, che si trasforma in un bel letto matrimoniale in 2 minuti e in un loft con spazio per due persone.

Recently renovated, the house features a brand-new bathroom that brings serene Japandi wellness to the Danish west coast. High ceilings, panoramic views, a cosy fireplace and Scandinavian interiors. All is handpicked, with many details crafted by local artisans. Close to Løkken, yet a private sanctuary. Designed for pure peace and slow days.
