Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Stuga Björn - Quiet cabin at lake Edesjön

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Right next to the northern ski area of Järvsöbacken, 50 meters to the newly opened 6- chip lift (walk-out / ski-in), 200m to Skicenter North 50m to the lakefront beach and dock (across the road) and with the northern MTB-trails literally around the corner, lies this charming log cabin with space for up to 12 people. With a large garden/property with three terraces, an outside spa/hot tub, barbecue/grill, electric charging stations on the private driveway, is this truly a unique property!

Välkomna till Morsarvet, en mysig stuga i byn Österrike, 15 minuter med bil i från centrala Järvsö. Hall med direkt utgång till altan. Stugan har två sovrum, ett med dubbelsäng och det andra med två våningssängar. Öppen planlösning emellan vardagsrum och kök. Vardagsrummet har en underbar utsikt mot Kalvsjön, här finner Du också en stor värmande kamin. Matplats för 6 personer med utgång till veranda. Kök med kyl, vedspis, spisplattor och fläkt. Duschrum med tvättställ och wc. Frys finns.

Välkomna hem till oss på Boda Backe! Här bor ni i ett nybyggt boende på ca 45 kvm, inkl ett ståloft om 15 kvm, med slåede utsikt och vattnet som närmsta granne. Ni kommer att bo i lgh 1, med självhushåll. Boendet passar för såväl avkoppling samt för barnfamiljen, med aktiviteter inpå knuten. Timmerstuga 55kvm belägen vid sandstranden av Gevsjön. Med vedeldad bastu och ett utmärkt läge för dig som vill fiska i Gevsjön eller ha nära till skidåkning i Duved, Åre eller Storulvån. Stugan ligger med en direkt närhet till sjön som inbjuder till aktiviteter året om. Matlagning över öppen eld vid stugans grillplats är mycket uppskattat av gäster. Parkering för bil och snöskoter finns. 10 min med bil till Duved. 15 min med bil till Åre by. 30 min med bil till Storulvåns fjällstation.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Här finner du en charmig stuga i lugn och naturnära miljö. Bastu och grillkåta på altanen med majestätisk utsikt. Ynka 50 meter ner till vattnet. Det finns också ett brett utbud av aktiviteter i området. Stugan har sjöutsikt, fiske, skog, fjällvandring och badmöjligheter runt husknuten. Stugan är mysigt inred med alla bekvämligheter ni kan tänkas behöva. Det finns en eldstad som gör stugan om möjligt ännu mysigare. Wifi finns.
