Confortevole camera familiare con 5 posti a sedere. Il patio chiuso aggiornato è l'ideale d'estate. Ampia cucina completamente rifornita per cucinare i tuoi pasti. Terrazza anteriore nuova. Ampio bagno con doppia doccia con soffione a pioggia. Facile accesso all'acqua. Biciclette e SUP a disposizione nel capannone. I kayak sono coperti all'esterno dal capannone. L'isola è raggiungibile solo con la barca. Goditi la tranquillità di questo luogo unico.

Moderna casa con 3 camere da letto in posizione centrale nel cuore di Crisfield, nel Maryland. Parcheggio in strada e fuori strada. A pochi minuti dalla nuova pista ciclabile della città, dal molo per barche e kayak, dal parco giochi, da Wellington Beach, da negozi, dai traghetti per le isole, dai moli per la pesca, da ristoranti, da Crab & Cruise (raggiungibile a piedi) e da splendide viste. A circa un'ora di auto da Ocean City, Assateague o Chincoteague. Oppure resta a casa e rilassati guardando la TV via cavo, con il wifi. Assicurati di cercare la zona online per assicurarti che sia adatta alle tue esigenze.

La LaVallette House è il luogo in cui ha avuto origine il terrapin del Maryland! Albert Tallmadge LaVallette Jr. ha lanciato l'industria della zuppa di terrapin proprio da questo sito nel 1887 (puoi ancora vedere i vecchi perni di terrapin accanto al vialetto). Oltre al fascino storico della proprietà, la posizione è imbattibile. La casa con cinque camere da letto è completamente privata. Gli ospiti devono attraversare le zone umide per arrivarci, e gli unici vicini nelle immediate vicinanze sono i gabbiani e i pesci nella baia di Chesapeake.

A 5 minute drive to Onancock, Walmart, YMCA, shopping & many local shops for just the right souvenir. Wachapreague, Wallops & Chincoteague are just a short drive away.

Enjoy the daily sites of deer, turkey, waterfowl, eagles and osprey among dozens of other wildlife. Cabin is 1 mile off the road down a private dirt road. This is a rare experience to sample off grid living.

We are located on Levering Creek where you can sit on the dock watching watermen arrive with their daily catch, see nesting bald eagles, watch beautiful sunrise, fish and crab. We are also just steps away from most everything including the ferry.
