Nestled between two parks on a quite lane the apartment enjoys an abundance of restaurants, bars, and cafes with lovely alfresco vibes. The apartment has a designated parking space and a small courtyard garden. The flat would suit a couple with 2 young children or 3 adults. The comfy sofabed in the lounge is a small double.
