My hip newly refurbished flat near the sea in a recently upgraded building is just a 2 min walk to the Beach (Banana Beach) 5-10 min to Neve Tsedek, Rothschild Blvd, Sheinkin & Yaffo, the Central bus station & the "Shook" (The amazing Carmel Market)! There is paid parking available in the private car port visible from the balcony and in one of the photos here (for a 50 ILS per night fee and with a reservation only).
