It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchen. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. This 5-year old garden apartment in the peaceful Union Hill neighborhood with areas for two bedrooms, an office, kitchenette, dinning, and living area. The apartment is located in a house surrounded with outdoor plants and flowers. The larger bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed and the smaller bedroom has a single-size trundle bed, which means a lower drawer pulls out with a second single-size bed. An office with a large work area is available as well as a small desk area in the kitchen.
