“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Asterope Traditional House of Symi-Katoi

The Asterope House of Symi is a traditional, stone built spacious family house, clinging on the foot of a hillside, just 40 steps above the sea level. Offering breathtaking views of the superb natural harbour of Symi and the island beyond from its verandas and windows, the house seems “floating” over the Aegean Sea. Accommodating up to 4 persons, it provides the perfect setting for families and small groups of people to enjoy the island’s unique beauty and sense of time-forgotten mystery.

Evimiz lüks mobilyalarla tefriş edilmiştir. Evin aydınlatması modern ve şık abajurlarla desteklenmiştir.Ev denizin tam karşısındadır, Ön balkonu deniz , üst kattaki iki terası dağ manzaralıdır. Evimiz 160 m2 olup, 4 yatak odası, 2adet banyo tuvalete haizdir. Evde 2 adet TV, buzdolabı ve çam. makinası mevcuttur. Ev , asansörlü, jeneratörlü, su depolu ve hidroforlu olup, ayrıca kapalı garajı vardır.Ev, plaja, MIGROS'a , cafe-restoranlara 50-100 metre mesafededir, yat limanı 300 metredir.

Ampio appartamento Con vista mare riempirà i vostri occhi di blu infinito, situato nella zona Pitini l’appartamento dista meno di 500 metri dal porto. É dotato di tutti i comfort, ottimo sia per una famiglia che per un gruppo di amici. Con cinque posti letto, è composto da: una cucina, un bagno con doccia, due camere da letto due ampi terrazzi di cui uno con vista sul mare. L'host fa parte di una famiglia di marinai di antica tradizione la cui parola d'ordine è "ospitalità".

Toplamda 4 dairenin bulunduğu, 2 yıllık yeni bina. Giriş kattaki 2 adet 1+1 dairemizde misafirlerimizi ağırlıyoruz. Üst katlarda yer alan dubleks daireler kiralanmamaktadır Yatak odasında çift kişilik yatak, salonda ise 2 adet açılır çekyat bulunmaktadır. Her iki odada da klima mevcuttur. Daireler Datça merkezde, ferah ve çok sessiz bir bölgede yer almaktadır. Kumluk ve hastane altı plajlarına yürüyerek 7-8 dk mesafededir. Datça Otogarı’na ise 500 metre uzaklıktadır.

Söğüt 1+1

Evimiz köy merkezine ve denize 1km uzakliktadir Merkezde köy marketleri, zincir marketler, pastane, lokantalar kahvehaneler ve eczane vardir. Kizilyer sahili 1 km mesafededir aile işletmeleri olan, agirlikla deniz ürünlerinden olusan menüye sahip restaurantlar bulunmaktadir. Cumhuriyet(Saranda) sahili 4 km uzakliktadir ve orada da çoğu aile işletmesi restaurantlar bulunmaktadir. Kizilyer sahilinde günlük tur yapan kendimize ait tekne bulunmaktadır.

Toula's apartment anoi

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room with a sofa bed which is also the dining room and kitchen. In that area is also the bathroom. Next room, is the master bedroom. The gem of the house is the shaded balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House Right on the sea (down floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
