Enjoy the tranquility of our cosy glamping pod. Situated in a walled garden, adjacent to lake surrounded by woods, and overlooking grazing horses, it’s a very special place. The pod is in the centre of a large working farm. With hot tub, and fire pit you will have a truly outdoor experience, There are plenty of walking routes for you to explore, the lakeside path is particularly special. Paddle boarding is allowed with permission from host. Just 10 minutes away from the A1/M62 interchange.

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.
