The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Mökissä on alkuperäistä charmia, uudella kauniilla sisustuksella. Hyvä keittiö. Nukkua voi alakerrassa tai parvella. Parven tikkaat ovat jyrkät. Mökki sijaitsee 12 km Kemijärven keskustasta. Hirsiaitassa vuoteet kahdelle. Sähköt+lämmitys. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Ei juoksevaa vettä. Isäntäväki huolehtii juomaveden keittiöön. Kaminatakka. Peseytyminen saunassa, käyttövuoroista sovitaan isäntäväen kanssa. Isäntäväki käyttää paikan muita rakennuksia.

Grazioso cottage con tutti i comfort su un ampio terreno. Il centro di Rovaniemi dista solo circa 25 km. Anche il Villaggio di Babbo Natale e l'aeroporto distano circa 25 km. Non ci sono mezzi pubblici. Le strade sono ben tenute anche in inverno. Il cottage è facile da raggiungere. Se lo desiderate, è possibile organizzare il trasporto con un'auto Mercedes Benz Vito a un costo aggiuntivo. L'auto non è disponibile per il noleggio separato.

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
