Siamo felici di condividere con voi la nostra casa coloniale sulla costa, situata su otto acri lungo il fiume Kennebunk. Goditi la nostra casa pittoresca e accogliente a soli 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 3 minuti dal Cape Arundel Golf Club. La nostra casa con 4 camere da letto e 2,5 bagni è adatta a soggiorni a breve o lungo termine. La posizione è ideale: a 6 minuti da Kennebunkport, a 15 minuti da Biddeford e a 30 minuti da Portland o Portsmouth! Speriamo di farti sentire a casa con il cinguettio degli uccelli mattutini e la calma del fiume proprio dietro la proprietà.

Goditi il meglio del Maine senza un lungo viaggio in auto. Completamente ristrutturato nel 2024 con cortile privato recintato. Splendida vista sul nostro laghetto e sulle isole dell'Aquila private. Pesca, kayak, birdwatching e splendidi tramonti. Molte aquile calve frequentano lo stagno e gli alberi di Eagle Island. 3 kayak e un pedalò sono in loco ad uso degli ospiti "Usa a proprio rischio". Goditi il focolare nelle fantastiche serate del New England. Vicino a Kennebunkport, Biddeford, Portland. 3 telecamere di sicurezza in uso all'esterno della casa per la sicurezza.

Aria condizionata per le giornate calde e una NUOVA stufa a gas per le notti fredde. Il nostro bagno Greenhouse ha una doccia e un WC compostabile verde. (cambiato ogni giorno) Forniamo accappatoi, sapone per le mani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo.
