Beautiful studio apartment located on Cedar creek, directly off of route one with Hot tub access.. 10 minutes from Delaware Turf and 15minutes from the beach area. apartment comfortably sleeps four people, you can squeeze six! This centrally located, clean, 2nd floor apartment is the perfect place to rest. Features very large bedroom with a new king bed with a hybrid mattress, and spacious living room with a queen size pull out couch. Well equipped kitchen with toaster oven, electric skillet, countertop burner, microwave, and coffee makers (single chip and drip). Only 3 mi. to DE Turf, 15 mi. to Dover, and 30 mi. to the beaches! There are open stairs, so not appropriate for small children. Well-behaved pets welcome.

Welcome to Bowers Beach! This house is walking distance to the beach, Bay View Bar/Restaurant/Live Music, JP's Wharf (waterfront restaurant), and The Captains Lady charter boat. Driving distance to DE Turf Sports Complex (12min), Dover (20min), Harrington (23min), and Tanger Outlets/Rehoboth Beach (41min). 15 minutes from Dover Nearby casinos, beaches, and the racetrack. Bowers and Slaughter beaches are about 10-15 mins from us, whereas, the major beaches like Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey are 45mins to an hour from us. We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

Come to Bowers Beach, the hidden jewel of Kent County and the Delaware Bay! 3 miles from the aptly named “Little Heaven” at Route 1 and Bowers Beach Road. Conveniently located, about 15 minutes from Dover, 15 minutes--6 miles--from the Delaware Turf Complex and 20 minutes from Milford. The 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house is great for couples, families and solo travelers who like quiet mornings, the sound of seagulls, beautiful sunrises over the water and sunset views from the deck.
