Goditi un soggiorno nel nostro ranch privato di 380 acri che condivide una linea di proprietà con il Sequoia National Park. Il ranch si trova a pochi minuti dall'ingresso del parco! Il ranch ha un sacco di spazio privato all'aperto da esplorare, tra cui oltre un miglio del fiume Kaweah, una delle uniche aree di nuoto in acque profonde intorno, stagni e una cascata di 60 piedi. La nostra struttura è ideale per gli appassionati di escursioni, birdwatching, nuoto o pesca! All'arrivo verrà fornita una mappa del terreno e delle sue caratteristiche.

Immergiti o pratica il tuo casting nel nostro fiume privato (da aprile a dicembre). Originariamente costruito nel 1890. Immerso in oltre 14 acri di prato acquatico. C'è un'ala annessa ma separata che è un altro alloggio. Due camere da letto al piano superiore, un ampio soggiorno, servizi igienici e cucina al piano inferiore. Nessuna faccenda di check-out.

Raggiungi in pochi passi una terrazza privata vicino al torrente, rilassati sulle nostre spaziose terrazze con vista mozzafiato o fai un tuffo nella vasca idromassaggio. Posto perfetto per il caffè del mattino o per osservare le stelle la sera. A pochi minuti dal lago Isabella, Kernville, Kern River, Alta Vista Ski Resort e Remington Hot Springs.

THIS CABIN IS NOT FOR EVERYONE-it's extremely rustic. NO WIFI/NO WASHER-DRYER/NO MICROWAVE/NO CABLE. Only heat source is woodstove. 1940 Cabin, originally bunkhouse for lumber mill. At 6500 feet in the tall trees of Sequoia National Forest. Near Kern river(rafting, fishing), hot springs, Trail of the Giants. Alta Sierra is dense neighborhood of cabins with neighbors close by. TWO GUESTS ONLY, NO PARTIES, NO PETS! Only 1 bar cell svs-plus record player/TV/videos/books/games. Heavy snow possible!

Splendida vista sul fiume Kern e sulle montagne. Ampio parcheggio. La casa è molto confortevole per 4, tuttavia posso ospitare fino a 6 persone.
